KYMCO Brake Pad Chart — Front and Rear Pad Sets by Model
KYMCO brake pads are sold as complete OEM pad sets per caliper, and the factory part number tells you which end of the machine it fits: numbers starting 45 are front-brake pads, numbers starting 43 are rear. This KYMCO brake pad chart lists every pad set in our catalog with the models it fits, so you can order front and rear together and bleed the system once.

Why OEM pad compound matters
The factory pads are matched to the disc's material and the caliper's clamping force. Aggressive aftermarket compounds can bite harder cold but chew the OEM disc; too-soft ones fade downhill with a loaded UXV. The pad set in your parts diagram is the compound the brake system was homologated with.
How to confirm fitment for your exact model
Model names repeat across years and regions, so the safest way to order the right brake pad set is to confirm it on your model's own diagram:
- Find your vehicle on the All Models page — or decode your VIN with the VIN lookup to land on the exact model-year variant.
- Open the drivetrain or engine diagram for your model (the exploded views mirror KYMCO's factory fiche).
- Check that the part number on the diagram matches the one in the chart above, then order straight from the part page.
If a part number has been superseded, the part page shows the replacement — you will always receive the current factory part.
When to replace KYMCO brake pads
Check the pads whenever a wheel is off, and replace the set when the friction material is down to about 1–1.5 mm, wears unevenly, or the brake squeals persistently. Always replace both pads in a caliper together. If the pads wore fast or the lever feels spongy afterwards, inspect the brake disc and flush the fluid while you're in there.
