Where we ship
We ship across the United States. Shipping to another destination? Email support@kymcopartsstore.com before ordering and we’ll confirm whether we can get the part to you.
Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout from the weight and size of your order and your address — you always see the exact cost before you pay. Bulky parts (body panels, racks, exhausts) may need additional shipping; if so, we’ll contact you before charging anything beyond what you approved at checkout.
Processing and delivery
Orders are processed on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding major US holidays). In-stock parts ship promptly; delivery estimates shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees. You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Special-order and backordered parts
Many KYMCO parts are stocked to order from KYMCO’s US distributor. Items not in stock when you order are charged at the time of the order and ship automatically once available; a backordered item may ship separately from the rest of your order. We do our best to provide accurate expected dates, but long-term backorders — in excess of two months — are possible for slow-moving factory parts. If a wait turns out longer than you want, contact us at support@kymcopartsstore.com and we’ll cancel the unshipped item and refund it in full.
Wrong or damaged on arrival
If your order arrives damaged or we shipped the wrong part, contact us within 7 days of delivery — we’ll replace it or refund in full, including shipping. See the Returns & Refunds page for details.
