KYMCO Drive Belt Chart — CVT Belt Part Numbers by Model
The KYMCO drive belt is the single most important wear item on any belt-driven KYMCO — scooter, ATV, or side-by-side. A worn CVT belt shows up as sluggish take-off, a lower top speed, or a squeal from the transmission cover, and a snapped one leaves you stranded. This chart lists every genuine KYMCO drive belt in our catalog with the models each belt fits, so you can order the exact factory part the first time.

Why the OEM drive belt number matters
KYMCO sizes each CVT belt to the engine and clutch of a specific platform — outer length, width, and cog profile all differ between, say, an Agility 50 and an MXU 700i. A near-miss aftermarket belt may physically fit but change engagement RPM and top speed, and typically wears the variator faces faster.
The factory number printed in your model's parts diagram is the belt the engineers matched to your clutch. That's the number in the chart above.
How to confirm fitment for your exact model
Model names repeat across years and regions, so the safest way to order the right drive belt is to confirm it on your model's own diagram:
- Find your vehicle on the All Models page — or decode your VIN with the VIN lookup to land on the exact model-year variant.
- Open the drivetrain or engine diagram for your model (the exploded views mirror KYMCO's factory fiche).
- Check that the part number on the diagram matches the one in the chart above, then order straight from the part page.
If a part number has been superseded, the part page shows the replacement — you will always receive the current factory part.
When to replace a KYMCO drive belt
KYMCO's service schedules generally call for inspecting the belt every 2,500–3,000 miles (4,000–5,000 km) and replacing it around 6,000–9,000 miles (10,000–15,000 km), sooner for hard off-road use on ATVs and UXVs. Replace it immediately if you see cracks between the cogs, frayed edges, glazing, or the belt measures under the wear limit stamped in your service manual.
While the transmission cover is off, it's worth checking the variator rollers and sliders — worn rollers flat-spot and blunt acceleration the same way a tired belt does.
